Finalizing the South American Athletics Championship in Sao Paulo 2023, 4 sport and extra-sport events occurred, regarding Consudatle, NACAC and APA:
- U20 World Record U of the athlete Issam Asinga. From Suriname in 100 m dash.
- The launch of the President of the Brazilian Athletics Federation for the Presidency of the Pan American Athletics Association, APA. It generated division of the leaders present, due to the aspiration to hegemony in the entities (World Athletics, Consudatle and APA) with no results.
- Brazil with 425 points achieved 32% of the points in the South American area, Colombia with 237 points 18%, Chile with 160 points 12%, Argentina 140 points 11%, Ecuador 119 points 11% and Venezuela 78 points 6 %.
- The book South American Athletics 30 Years 1993 – 2023 – From a World Vision by Ramiro Varela M. was presented in Sao Paulo (attached). Conclusion: The 13 South American countries are athletically bad in front of the world. Finalizado el Campeonato suramericano de atletismo en Sao Paulo 2023, ocurrieron 4 hechos deportivos y extra – deportivos , sobre Consudatle, NACAC y APA:
1. Récord mundial U 20 del atleta Issam Asinga. De Surinam en 100 m planos
2. El lanzamiento del presidente de la Federación de atletismo de Brasil por la Presidencia de Asociación panamericana de atletismo, APA. Generó división de los dirigentes, por la aspiración a la hegemonía en las dignidades ( World Athletics, Consudatle y APA ) . Y sin resultados
3. Brasil con 425 puntos logró el 32% del atletismo del área suramericana, Colombia con 237 puntos el 18 %, Chile con 160 puntos el 12%, Argentina 140 puntos el 11%, Ecuador 119 puntos el 11% y Venezuela 78 puntos 6%..
4. Se presentó el libro Atletismo Suramericano 30 Años 1993 – 2023 – Desde una visión mundialista por Ramiro Varela M. en Sao Paulo (adjunto ) . Conclusión: Los 13 países suramericanos están mal atléticamente frente al mundo. En los 30 años de liderazgo de la familia Gesta de Melo, ha sido “laisse faire laisse”, dejar hacer, dejar pasar…….Un Centro de Desarrollo en Argentina ( Juan Alberto Scarpin ) , 3 décadas de poder político, sin resultados. Hacen cursos básicos, sin las exigencias tecnificadas del atletismo competitivo global.
¿Hegemonía directiva?
El Presidente de la Confederación Brasileña de Atletismo (CBAT) Wlamir Motta se presentó como candidato a presidente de la Panamericana de Atletismo. Y con el apoyo de Roberto Gesta y Helio Gesta de Melo.
1. Realizada en la noche del 28 de julio del 2023, en un hotel de Sao Paulo, sin aplausos.
2. Algunos presidentes de las federaciones nacionales quedaron impactados. Pocos apoyaron (Fueron llamados por Roberto Gesta).
3. En respuesta se presentó aspiración del Presidente de la Federación Chilena de Atletismo, Juan Luis Carter. No hubo aplausos
4. El presidente de APA se elige en Santiago 2023 ( 1º de noviembre ) , votando 43 federaciones nacionales. Los miembros de NACAC ( 31 paises – Norte, Centro América y el Caribe ) y CONSUDATLE ( 13 países ) .
5. La división, porque Brasil aspira a quedarse los cargos internacionales de Consudatle, sin resultados en 30 años (Presidencia de Consudatle, representante de World Athletics y ahora presidente de APA). Nace una división directiva en Sao Paulo, por la búsqueda del mejoramiento atlético competitivo de Suramérica en campeonatos mundiales y olímpicos.
